🌸 Returns and Refunds

All Maniko Creations products are handmade with great care and love. If something doesn't go as expected, here are the conditions to know:

📦Shipping Damage

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me as soon as possible and provide photos and details. I will open a claim with the shipping carrier and assist you in resolving the issue.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued.

If the item is defective or cannot be repaired, a replacement or full refund will be provided.

🎨 Personalized Items

Custom items (names, initials, phrases, or specific requests) cannot be returned or refunded, except for errors on my part.
In that case, I will gladly make a new version or we'll find a solution together.

🌈 Small Differences

Being handcrafted creations, slight variations in color, shape, or details are not defects, but unique characteristics of handmade work.

🔄 Change of Mind

I accept returns of standard (non-personalized) items within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is undamaged, unused, and returned in appropriate condition.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

💶 Refund

Once I receive the returned item, I will issue the refund via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
