All Maniko Creations products are handcrafted with care and attention. If you encounter any problems, please refer to the following terms and conditions.

Problems during shipping

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me as soon as possible with photos and details. I'll open a case with the courier and assist you in resolving the issue.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return the item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is in its original condition.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Once I have received and verified the product, I will process the refund.

If the item is found to be unrepairable or defective, I will replace it or issue a full refund.
